Education via YouTube - How to deliver a baby and more

The story of the man delivering his partner's baby using a YouTube tutorial has gained a lot of play in the press, but it highlights a wider phenomenon of the YouTube tutorials. IT companies have long since used video to explain their technologies to the newbie, such as this one for Google Docs, but its potential as a free way to show people how goes way beyond that.
